Orthodox Leaf Tea – Whole leaf for a more refined, aromatic brew
For CTC Tea:
Boil 1 cup water with 1 tsp of tea leaves
Add milk and sugar to taste
Simmer for 3–5 minutes, strain & serve
For Black Tea:
Steep 1 tsp in hot water (90–95°C) for 3–4 minutes
Add honey or lemon if desired
